We had a great time staying at this property in Sauveterre La Lemance. The house is lovely and very well equipped. The outside space is amazing and extends far beyond what the photos show. The pool is a good size but not too deep which made it perfect for our young daughters. Our hosts Sam and Alun were incredibly helpful and on hand to help with any additional requests.

Wonderful holiday in Dordogne/Lot region
Perfect relaxing summer holiday for our family of five. The villa, gardens and pool were even more stunning than the photos, with many beautiful seating areas. Sam was a very helpful host. The location was excellent for outdoors and adventurous families, and we enjoyed their electric bikes. Picturesque towns and smart restaurants were nearby. Would highly recommend!

Superb building in the heart of Perigord
Typical Périgord house, the place is spacious and comfortable in a quiet forest without any noise! ​​Sam who lives under the house is very available and always attentive! Excellent bedding, towels worthy of a 5 * hotel, spacious and pleasant bathroom, several terraces and places to have breakfast, lunch or an aperitif depending on your desires! We were with children aged 8 months, 15 months, 3 years and 4 years and it was perfect! The small stream that passes gives a bucolic spirit and the heated swimming pool where everyone (or almost except the 3 year old child) had a foothold was great! Sam provided us with pétanque balls, fishing rod etc ... The house is at the exit of the village, a bakery butcher's pharmacy are therefore nearby, for the rest you have to drive a little but nothing disturbing! It would just be missing a little more crockery, glass and cutlery for everything to be perfect! We will surely come back because it was really a great week with friends! Thanks to Sam See you soon! Blissful week
With a beautiful location, comfortable and brilliantly equipped house and such warm and welcoming hosts in Sam and Al, we couldn't have asked for more. We had a blissful week of sun and swimming as well as exploring the area but there's so much to do that I'm sure we'll be back. Highly recommended!
