Enjoy our Heated Swimming Pool & Jacuzzi with private gardens on the outskirts of the pretty village of Trévérien.
Our two Gîtes are located at either end of our Farmhouse they are exactly the same size and price.
The internal layouts are slightly different as are their gardens, each have their own private entrances with shared parking.
We offer pet friendly accommodation with no extra charges.
La Crécerelle Gîte:
This charming gîte has it's own entrance, parking, private patio, garden and access to the heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi.

This was an old stable dating from 1857. It has been completely refurbished and updated but retains a cottage charm while providing modern facilities.
The ground floor is open plan consisting of a well equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher etc., adjoining the comfortable lounge/diner.
The double bedroom and bathroom (shower, wc and washbasin) are on the first floor. The bedroom can also accommodate either an extra single bed (Z-Bed) or Baby cot.

There is plenty to see and do in the area as Treverien is conveniently located 5 minutes drive from the main N137 which links St Malo on the coast with the city of Rennes to the south.
Evran:
The small town of Evran is 4 kilometres away and has restaurants, bars and shops. It is situated on the canal and there is a port with picnic area next to the lock. Adjoining the town is a lake and leisure area with bathing beach, sailing, canoeing and walks. (3km)
Becherel perched on a hill, was once a stronghold, though only a few ruins still stand. A very small medieval town which is famous for its book market held every month. The whole place is full of bookshops and booksellers. (8km).
Hede is on the Ille et Rance canal and boasts an impressive succession of 11 locks allowing the canal to drop 27 metres. (9km).
Chateau de Montmuran (10km).
Eglise des Iffs (12km).
Dinan is a beautiful fortified town perched above the river Rance. The charming buildings house a variety of interesting shops, bars, restaurants, there are pleasant walks through the ramparts, gardens and on the tow path of Ille et Rance canal. (14km).
Combourg is a picturesque old town standing on the edge of a lake dominated by a medieval castle. (15km).
Dol de Bretagne (18km).
Rennes The old town and museums are the main attractions for tourists in this thriving university city. (21km)

Special Rental Conditions
Prices are per week per cottage and are inclusive of electricity, water and the provision of bed linen and towels.
Cancellation:
It is recommended that you take out insurance to protect the risk of cancellation from the time of booking and for medical, baggage cover etc., whilst abroad. Should our cottage be unavailable on the day stated, due to unforeseen circumstances, evert attempt will be made to relocate guests. If this is not possible, all rent monies will be refunded without question but no further liability will fall upon the owners.

Because of the difficult conditions at present we are offering a full refund or credit for a future booking as a result of any cancellation due to Coronavirus Covid-19.
Your responsibilities:
Your property will be cleaned before your arrival and we respectfully ask you to remember that you are staying in someone else’s home and leave it clean and tidy when you depart. If extra cleaning is required a minimum charge of £50.00 will be levied. Breakages should be reported to the owners in order that it can be rectified before the following clients arrive. Please do not arrive at the property before 14.00 hours and kindly leave by 10.00 hours on day of departure, in order to give enough time between clients to ensure that the property is ready. If you expect to arrive after 7.00pm please telephone.
