Breton Barn Conversion with Heated Pool And WIFI - Near Jugon Les Lacs, Cotes d`Armor

Les Baguettes is a charming 3 bedroom property with heated pool. The property is secluded and tranquil, located in the small hamlet of Dolo with its own bakery, bar, small shop and creperie. For fishing enthusiasts, there is a lake nearby and for the more active amongst you there is a fitness trail which surrounds it as well as a childrens play area with a zip wire. The lake also has a wake park and snack bar. The closest large village is the picturesque Jugon Les Lacs.

Approximately 2 miles away from the house, guests will find bars, creperie, pizzeria (take aways available) and two restaurants. A small supermarket, newsagent, doctors, dentist, banks, hairdressers are also to be found here. Fishing permits are available from "la maison de la pêche" in Jugon.

Outside:
The swimming pool is an above ground heated pool measuring 5.5m in diameter and is entered via a ladder.
The pool is open from May to the end of September depending on the weather. A paddling pool is available for younger family members.
We respectfully remind parents that the safety of their children in and around the pool is their responsibility at all times.

The garden itself is planted with flowers and shrubs and includes a children's play area equipped with swings, slide and a boule run.
It is possible to park directly outside of the gite and there is room for two cars. Table tennis and badminton are also on offer. There is a garden table and chairs on the wooden terrace and there is a large parasol.
A barbecue is provided and a small supply of charcoal on arrival.

Rental Conditions:
Towels and linen are provided. A change of linen is offered once -a -week.
A welcome pack is provided including essentials ; coffee, tea, sugar, water, OJ, eggs and salt and pepper.
Dishwasher and washing machine tablets are provided, along with bin bags.
Two travel cots with bedding and a high chair can also be provided and a stair gate.
