Beautifully renovated Brittany Farmhouse with 7.5 acre Private Grounds, Countryside Views Reviews

We had the pleasure of staying at this house for a week in late May 2017. The house and grounds are well maintained. The bathrooms look recently renovated. The large eat in kitchen was a pleasure to cook in. Don't get me started as to how much I covet the large oven and range. The pictures are a very fair representation of the rooms and the house is actually a little bigger than it appears. We chose the house for two reasons. First, I wanted to see the cute red refrigerator in person (it did not disappoint). Secondly, the property was no more than one hours drive from everything we wanted to see and do. I have no qualms recommending this house for your first or returning visit to Brittany.

This property has been superbly decorated and furnished by the owner, with every possible attention to detail with regard to comfort and style. The bath and shower in the main bathroom were superb. I particularly enjoyed eating in the large but cosy kitchen, (it would be lovely also in colder weather when the fire is lit), relaxing in the living room and on the terrace, and my private ensuite sitting room

Stayed for a long weekend with two of my children, very relaxing and had great fun exploring the woods. Enjoyed the local village which has just been modernised at the Sunday antiques sale. Great time at the local lake at Ploermel. The house is lovely - more than just a holiday home and the kids loved the TV....

A wonderfully appointed property, with an understated boutique hotel feel. Lots of room and very quiet. A great location, only an hour from St Malo, and close to Josselin and about 40 minutes from Rocheforte en Terre, both beautiful towns. I will definitely be back!

After a long and tiring drive made up of accidents and dilemmas we arrived late at the property and all our upsets and troubles went away. The home is lovely, well presented and spacious. It is private, well laid out and as a family with 2 teenagers we felt we all had space to chill. The owner had given plenty of good information on the area, and we felt that a week was not enough to see all that the area has to offer.

The owner was very supportive when being informed of our late arrival and was a very pleasant person to deal with.

It is definitely somewhere to be experienced and we do intend to return.
