Le Coin de Verdure is an ideal getaway for guests seeking both relaxation and exploration in this beautiful corner of France. Just beyond the property's peaceful garden, the town offers a variety of cafés, shops, bicycle rentals, and a lively outdoor market held twice a week. The Lake of Montcuq and its beach are only two kilometers away, and historical sites dot the landscape. 

The living area is sumptuously furnished with ample seating, creating an atmosphere of elegance and comfort.

The fully equipped kitchen features a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, gas hob, oven and grill, and a variety of small appliances for your convenience including kettle, coffee maker, ice maker, blender, toaster etc.

There are 4 comfortable bedrooms fitted with high-thread-count sheets, one super king, 2 king size, and the last bedroom has twin beds which also be put together to create a double. There are 2 shower rooms and one bathroom with a shower over the bath. Additional amenities include fans, hair dryers, and basic toiletries. A washing machine is also available on-site.

High-speed wi-fi is available, as well as Smart TV in English and French, and a DVD player.

An office room is also available for working, furnished with a desk.

The lush private garden has plenty of shade, and is well furnished with outdoor sofas, a large awning, and a dining area for 8 guests, including a gas barbecue. 

During the peak of summer, guests can enjoy cooling off in a small plunge pool. This above-ground pool measures 3.7m in diameter and stands 1 meter high, accessed via a ladder. Pool towels are included in the rental price.

On-street parking is free in the area.

Montcuq is a well known and popular market town in the Lot Department of South West France. Visitors can explore the ancient ruins of Montcuq castle tower, which offers panoramic views of the countryside, along with numerous other historical sites and attractions in close proximity.

This region of France is at the centre of the Cahors (AOC) wine region offering guests a delightful opportunity to explore vineyards and savour world-class wines.

The Lot Department is perfect for hiking, cycling, and other outdoor sports along the meandering River Lot and the gorges of the Lot Valley. Le Coin de Verdure provides a great base for a memorable stay in this inviting part of France.
