The apartment is located in the centre of the village of Samoens and at the foot of the Grand Massif ski area, with the ski lifts 500 meters away and accessible by a shuttle that stops at the foot of the residence.
Guests can enjoy the ice rink next to the residence and have access to all the shops, mountain bike rental and other amenities without having to drive.
