La Vallonné - is beautiful stone built farmhouse with many original features. Large Kitchen / Dining room and separate lounge.
Lounge:
South facing lounge with spectacular views across the forest of Pont Calleck. It is furnished with comfortable sofas a wood burning stove, satellite T.V. (freeview) and dvd player.
Bedrooms:
3 double sized bedrooms, 2 with double beds and 1 with 2 single beds. The master bedroom has en-suite facilities. Beautiful views can be seen from all 3 rooms.
Bathroom:
a good sized family bathroom with a corner bath, sink and toilet, separate invigorating shower and towel warmer.
Kitchen:
equipped with dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven and fridge freezer. The dining table is also situated within this area.

The Enchanting hamlet of Ty Nevé is set within four acres of attractive grounds, overlooking the beautiful forest of Pont Callec.
Large Heated Swimming Pool
The swimming pool (11.5 x 5m fenced & heated) with roman steps and large sun terrace is adjacent to the children's play area, both offer panoramic views over the Scorff River Valley.
Activities
Activities for children include a play area, large expanse of grass and a private wood with a winnie pooh bear trail.
Please feel free to bring along your bikes as there are plenty of places to cycle safely.
Special Rental Conditions
You are required to leave the house as you would wish to find it, we can arrange for a clean after your departure for a fee of 40 euros.
Change over days are Saturday for La Valloné and La Coppice, you can arrive at 4pm or after and depart at 10am.
Telephone bookings are held for 7 days, after which a completed booking form and deposit of 25% are required to confirm reservation.
The balance is due 8 weeks before the arrival date, along with a Security Deposit of £150. You will receive directions with our confirmation of the receipt of your final payment.
