The property comprises three bedrooms which are as follows: One double bedroom, another bedroom with twin beds and a third bedroom with an extra large double bed as well as a single bed. The property is modern throughout, in furnishings and style, however has managed to retain its' original character and charm, which is unique!
The rest of the property comprises a wonderfully bright and spacious kitchen/dining room, which is fully equipped and seats up to 6 guests. The living room is well equipped with sofa and armchairs, a lovely fireplace, a television, satellite channels, DVD player and books.
Outside, there is a large and welcoming terrace with sunloungers and outdoor furniture, perfect for evenings outside and al-fresco dinners. Entertainment-wise there is plenty on-site including a games room with foosball, a ping pong table.
The property is just 1 km from the coast and boasts magnificent views of Le Mont St Michel. The village shop and bar are just a 1/2 km away .
Located in the heart of the Bay of Mont St Michel, guests are perfectly situated to enjoy cross country hiking trails and beaches for swimming, resorts, golf and museums. The landing beaches are an hour away. Tennis, watersports and fishing are also available.There is excellent seafood and plenty of restaurants in the vicinity.
