Sainte Maxime is a Mediterranean seaside town located 5 km north of St Tropez, across the Gulf of St Tropez; 15 km southwest of Fréjus. The town is well situated, with white sandy beaches along the coast, and the forested hills of the Maures providing protection from the winds and wonderful areas for walking and hiking.
The city centre is 1.5km away and the beach is 1.7km away. You are in a peaceful environment while being close to the beach and all the amenities. Its privileged situation in a favoured residential area offers a very easy access.
This Beautiful villa (10 rooms) is typically Provençal and located in Sainte-Maxime. The decoration of the villa is very meticulous. in an enclosed garden of 6000 m², planted with Mediterranean trees and a very large private pool (16 x7m) with its pool house. Beautiful insight into the sea from the stairs. Large green spaces and a second small heated swimming pool (7x4m).
It is south-facing exposure, with numerous terraces and garden furniture invite you to relax. The swimming pool is fenced and complies with the current standards (so as the second pool). Swimming, ping-pong table and a petanque court are available. Perfect for children.
We can make available bicycles. It is also possible to arrange the rental of a motorboat.
The house is large, comfortable a quiet place to lounge, play or read quietly.

There may be special rates at events, such as the Var Rally.
A deposit of 1500 EUR to cover rental damages is required.
The rent is payable as follows:
-33% when booking;
-and the balance, one month before the start of the holidays.
