We had a very good stay in this apartment which is well equipped and well arranged.The view of the balcony on the sea and Cap Canaille is very pleasant.The apartment is 10 minutes walk from the city center and the beach of the center and very close to 2 pebble beaches that of the Arena and the Madie .Mr. Diaz welcomed us with great kindness and gave us advice to visit the area. We will return with great pleasure in this apartment for a next stay Provençal.

The apartment is as described in the photos. The location is ideal especially in Cassis where all car trips are complicated. We took advantage of the quietness of the residence, but also the nightlife center 10min walk. And the proximity of the sea is an asset. Thanks also for the practical and touristic advice of the owner.

This apartment with terrace is very functional, the view is splendid, the terrace and the apartment are larger than it seems in the photos. There is everything you need, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, even the baby umbrella bed. A bottle of white wine was waiting for us cool.

The bedding is very good. The walk-in shower very nice.

The center of cassis is 5 minutes with its port, small shops, restaurants and beach.

However, I advise you to take the car to La Ciotat if you want to enjoy a beautiful sandy beach, it is only about fifteen minutes.

The creeks of Port Piou, Port Pin and that of Vau are not very far either, you can swim there by doing a short hike quite sporty but worth it!

In short, I recommend this apartment located in a very quiet residence, very well maintained, flowery with a magnificent view of the sea. I do not regret my choice.

The whole family enjoyed this stay and Mr Diaz was very friendly and a neighbor who welcomed us on our arrival with very good advice! Thank you!

The apartment is functional, the view from the terrace. The residence is very quiet, it allows to rest.It is very easy to walk to the city of Cassis which is full of good surprises. Only time was not with us this week.

perfectly located in Cassis, you can leave the car in the residence, the center is about 10 minutes walk. From there you can go for a walk in the creeks. Perfect also for driving to Cape Canaille. The apartment is spacious, well arranged, the terrace is very pleasant with a beautiful view, and what a calm! Even a night of game! Mr. Diaz recommended us good restaurants, a perfect stay for two! We want to come back.

we stayed 2 weeks in this apartment which is very functional, well equipped and ideally located since we go to the city center of Cassis in 15 minutes walk. The car can stay in the parking of the residence on the site that we are reserved.

The view of the sea and Cape Canaille is superb and we took full advantage of the sunny terrace not overlooked.

the only small negative point (and still it is only us because we take maybe too much superfluous things!) would be that it lacks a little storage.

A big thank you to the owner who is welcoming and available (he helped us when the battery of our car emptied) and who easily shares his knowledge of places to visit and restaurants not to be missed.

We will return next year and will travel lighter (lol)

Very nice apartment with all the comforts. The owner and his wife are very kind and hospitable, we recommended places to visit, restaurants ... The beds are new and comfortable, the terrace and the great view of the sea with palm trees, a landscape of postcard . The apartment is very well located in a secure residence with private parking. Really, an address to highly recommend, you can go there with your eyes closed! In any case, we loved it! Thanks again to Mr. Diaz and his wife!
