The house has been completely renovated for the 2018 season. On the ground floor there is a large living space with a fitted modern kitchen, dining area and living room. There is also a ground floor double bedroom, and shower room and a separate WC. On the first floor there are two further bedrooms, one with two single beds, and a bedroom with a king-size bed. There is a second shower room with WC and wash basin on the first floor. There is also a separate games room with table football above the garage. The garden is dog safe and we’ll-fenced. There is a path opposite the house which leads to the beach (100m).
Bretteville-Sur-Ay is small coastal village not far from the market town of La Haye du Puits (market Wednesday) And the beautiful fishing port of portbail. Further afield of the towns of Barneville-Carteret, Granville and Cherbourg. Day trips to Jersey are possible, as well as Tom th nature reserves of the îles de Chaussey and Tatihou. There are local markets within easy driving distance every day, and many fetes and festivals throughout the summer.
