Le Petit Hameau is a 1 bedroom cottage situated in a holiday village with shared facilities with access to shared tennis courts. The property has been completely refurbished for the 2019 season. The modern fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a fridge freezer, a gas cooker with 4 ring hob and hob. The living/dining room has an open fireplace, TV with French, German and English channels. There is a downstairs bedroom with two single beds and a double bed on the mezzanine. There is a shower room and a separate WC. Outside is a private garden with sun loungers and a BBQ. There is a residents car park a short walk from the property. The property has wi-fi throughout.
The house is part of a small private holiday village with off-street parking and shared facilities such as tennis courts and a club house. The town of Carteret with its excellent selection of independent shops and good quality restaurants. The local beach is also within walking distance of the house.
