Antler Properties Europe has a stunningly picturesque selection of gites in the village of Percy in the Manche area which offers some beautiful and peaceful countryside locations where you can sit back and relax. The gite complex consists of 6 holiday lettings, ranging from Le Grange, which sleeps 10 to Gite 2 Grenier, which sleeps 2.
Gite 2 is a two bedroom holiday gite within the Le Hamel aux Louvaux complex.
The gite has a double bedroom as well as a twin bedroom, reached through the double bedroom.
The gites were renovated from a 17 century barn and lovingly restored by our team at Antler Properties Construction Ltd. All gites and the 2 detached properties, La Grange and Le Ciderie on the complex have access to the outdoor heated swimming pool. No smoking allowed in the gite. However, pets are welcomed at the gite complex in Percy.

Fishing, cycling, horse riding and walking are some of the outdoor activities you can expect in our quiet and peaceful countryside in France. The garden is furnished with BBQ, patio furniture and sun loungers. The West Coast is only half an hour away from our gite complex.

The gites complex is restored from a 17 century barn while the detached cottages that make up 2 extra vacation rentals have been converted in the same fashion. The West Coast is only half an hour away, while there are lots of local points of interest.
It is ideally situated as a base for Second World War Landing beaches and museums, half an hour from the Tour De France start, Bayeux, Champrepus zoo, the National Stud at St Lo and Villedieu-Les-Poeles. We are also surrounded by some of the most scenic and stunning cycle areas out there.
