Les Trois Arbres is situated in the rural hamlet Les Saurins, a 10 minute drive from Ste Foy la Grande, the Gironde department.
This beautiful property dates back to 1861 and comprises three separate gites sleeping up to 16 people, plus 2 cots. It has been recently restored to a very high standard yet maintains much of it's character and original features such as high vaulted ceilings, original beams and stone walls.
ACCOMMODATION:
Le Chene (sleeps 8) is a bright and spacious holiday gite. It comprises 5 comfortable bedrooms, a sitting/dining room with log buner and an enormous well equipped kitchen with large table, washing machine and dishwasher. There are 4 modern bathrooms, some ensuite, plus 2 wc's.
A covered terrace to the rear is accessed via patio doors in the hall.
Le Pin (sleeps 4) is a delightful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom gite. The master bedroom boasts a four poster bed, ensuite bathroom and feature fireplace. There are two single beds upstairs.
L'Olivier (sleeps 4) in a double and twin room and is all on one level. This gite features a dining room, sitting room with woodburning stove, bathroom with shower cubicle and bath and modern kitchen with fan assisted oven.
Outside, the fenced garden is suitable for children and the pool has an electric safety cover and can be heated if required.
Alongside is a sunken eating area with table, chairs, umberella and BBQ.
