Beautiful Farmhouse With Private Pool in Provence - Suze la Rousse

Suze la Rousse is a wonderful farmhouse located on the outskirts of Provence, oozing character and charm. The property accommodates up to 12 guests.

5 kms from the exit of the highway south (exit Bollène), you find yourself very quickly in the middle of Provence. In absolute calm and tranquility, you can admire the views of Montmirail and Mont Ventoux, with all the many routes for avid cyclists. You are close to beautiful villages such as Suze la Rousse, Grignan, Rochegude and many others. Guests can leave the farm by bike and can discover the area in peace, with many small paths that will lead you to magical places. Avignon is not far (45 minutes by motorway) and the beach is less than an hour. 

This stone farmhouse restored on a plot of one hectare and a half is ideal to accommodate families or couples wanting to discover Provence far from the traffic and crowds of tourist areas.

The property comprises of 5 bedrooms (4 with double beds and 1 with 4 single beds) 3 bathrooms, an independent fully equipped kitchen, a living room (with television, hi-fi system, DVD player), video room and separate WC. There is internet access and Wifi throughout the property. 

Outside, the property benefits from:

A swimming pool protected by an approved tarpaulin measuring 4 meters by 8 meters, surrounded by a beach opus incertum.
A garden of 700m2 closed wall, on which is located the farmhouse is watered automatically, there are species such as mint, verbena, thyme, laurel.
A barbecue area under an arbor of greenery with a breathtaking view of the surrounding vineyards.
There are also bicycles for use, billiards, foosball, pinball and ping pong. Plenty to keep everyone entertained!
