Beautiful Eze Holiday Apartment and Separate Bungalow-studio with Heated pool, Provence Reviews

We had the loveliest stay at this property. The view is unbeatable. Yung and Bernard are excellent hosts. We stayed in the bungalow which is one large, uniquely shaped room plus a bathroom with a roomy shower. There is a small kitchenette. The decorations are very tasteful and add to the ambiance. Giant windows overlook the heated infinity pool, the Mediterranean, and the nearby dramatic hills. Both sunrises and sunsets are spectacular. Some of the windows can be opened to let the breeze in, but there is also an air conditioner and fan available. It's kind of like being in a really cool treehouse for adults.

The stone steps leading up the the bungalow add to the character but are steep and curved, so those with bad knees might prefer the lower level apartment which still has stairs but is less daunting.

A boulangerie, grocery store, morning market, and charcuterie are all to be found in Beaulieu-sur-Mer which is about a 20 minute trip. There was free parking under the grocery. From here it is easy to explore Monaco, Eze the perched medieval village, and even Nice is a reasonable distance. Bernard and Yung have plenty of useful tips and recommendations.

This place stays on the keeper list and we will be back.

My girlfriend and I spent a wonderful week in the bungalow. The views from the bungalow are outstanding. We loved watching the yachts in the bay come and go each day. Good bed. Tiny kitchen with everything you need. The pool is wonderful. Well kept, with stunning views. Incredibly quiet and relaxing. Shared drinks one afternoon with the owners Bernard & Yung. Lovely people, wonderful hosts, very attentive. Will definitely come back to Eze.

We visited this property in August/September this year and had one of the best holidays ever. The location is superb with easy access to Monaco, Nice and Beautiful Eze village. We spent a week in each apartment both were very clean and comfortable and Bernard and Yung were the perfect hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. Both apartments have superb views especially the "Eagles Nest" which is located in a very private and elevated part of the grounds. The view from the infinity pool is to die for! We would certainly recommend either apartment and are hoping to return again ourselves in the near future.

The property and view make this a wonderful place to stay but the owners are what make it perfect. They were friendly, helpful and available to answer questions. We stayed in the 2-bedroom unit and it was a great size for our family of three. The unit was clean, the beds are comfortable, AC works well and there's plenty of hot water for showers. The real highlight is the pool! The view is exactly as advertised and the water was a very comfortable temperature. We could have stayed there all day. Thanks, Bernard and Yung! Bernard and Yung have created a fantastic property in a beautiful location. They were extremely welcoming hosts, and ensured we had everything we needed, offering to drive us to Beaulieu which was so kind. The bungalow was a perfect size for two, with the most fantastic view to look out at every morning. The infinity pool is a nice size and well kept. We didn't have a car and certainly burned off plenty of calories walking up from the train station (20 minutes up a steep hill), but the property was worth every step! We will always remember Bernard and Yung's hospitality and the beautiful place they have created - and I hope we will be back. Merci beaucoup!

This was the perfect spot for our honeymoon, beautiful, and secluded. The bungalow was perfect, the view was spectacular! The owners Bernard and Yung were gracious hosts, the property was exactly as pictured. A small car is needed for this residential area, be prepared to drive to all restaurants and sites. The small fridge and stove came in handy since we were reluctant to leave this beautiful spot.

My wife and I stayed there for 1 week in July 2012.

The pictures say it all, the place has the most fantastic view and location, and the pool is great.

The bungalow was as described, very comfortably, clean and perfect for 2 people.

The owner family (1 child) was very friendly and helpful, not intrusive in any way.

The pool is shared with the owner and 1 more apartment with up to 3 persons. However, we had plenty of room and privacy, as the owner was rarely there and the people in the other apartment was out most of the time.

We really enjoyed our stay there and the place is given our best recommendations.

Great location and very nice decor of the apartment. Beautiful ambience with beautifully landscaped garden and pool with fantastic views of the sea. Very nice and helpful landlord.
