Beautiful Chalet with Heated Spa / Jacuzzi In Saint Gervais / Megeve Reviews

What a place! The location is brilliant and everything has been well described and thought out to make the stay very relaxed and hassle free. The place is really well equipped and has absolutely everything you need. Beautiful view and it really feels like home. Close to everything you need and so many fun activities close by. Will definitely be back again soon.

This is an excellent Chalet, well equipped with a excellent interior. The views are brilliant and the Jacuzzi perfect for relaxing in the evening. Highly recommended!

We arrived late evening and were blown away by the location and views of this fantastic chalet. On entering we found the chalet was immaculate in both decor and cleanliness. Everything you would need for a self catering holiday is provided and it is a pleasure cooking in the kitchen with such stunning views. This was our first visit to the Alps and Peter provided much useful information which was a great help towards us enjoying our week. The addition of the sumptuous hot tub with amazing views of the lights in the towns and villages in the valley below allowed for a relaxing finish to our days out walking and sight seeing. Trips to Chamonix and Lake Geneva the Mont Blanc railway and various cable car rides gave us a memorable visit so much so we have booked another week for 2017.

Peter was extremely helpful and made the process very easy.

The chalet has amazing views all round and was very well equipped for a very comfortable and happy stay! The area around is fantastic with lots of activities for everyone of all ages.

We stayed last week in chalet l’ Intervalle with two families, 8 persons. We really love this place, it’s such a charming, beautiful and very tastefully furnished chalet. We’ve never seen this before in a holiday home.

Furthermore, the chalet is also very well equipped. From the kitchen to the hall, every detail has been thought. The kitchen is well equipped and feels like home with all the cooking books, the bedrooms are attractive and the beds are great like a five star hotel and the jacuzzi is really great after a day long skiing! The views from the terrace on the Mont Blanc are stunning and the garden is great for a hours of skifun for the children!

And last but not least: the ski area domain 'Evasion Montblanc' is beautiful.

We stayed in Chalet L'Intervalle for 3 weeks at the beginning of January and had a fantastic holiday. From the moment we placed the booking until after we left, the owner, Peter could not have been better, great communication, helpful and lots of info given.

The chalet has everything you need and is beautifully furnished.

Having a hot tub with lovely views after a long days skiing was the icing on the cake.

It was the first time that we have taken a car to the Alps, however it gives you the opportunity to go easily to many of the great places nearby - Megeve ,Chamonix etc. St Gervais itself is a great town ( not for those looking for a wild time) but with 2 supermarkets, some really nice restaurants (La Galeta was our favourite for the food and lovely service ) plus there is an indoor ice rink and a large indoor swimming pool.

I would definitely recommend a car however we did use the free bus into St Gervais a couple of times, which was very efficient, although not too frequent.

When it had snowed the toads were cleared very quickly and the private road that the Chalet sits on was cleared very helpfully by one of the residents, Olivier, with his tractor. We only had to us snow socks twice, however do take chains or socks as the private road has a small steep bit and when slippy they are needed.

The walks directly from the Chalet were lovely, through the forest, we took our Labrador who loved it and was able go off the lead for most of the time.

Suffice to say we could certainly have stayed longer!

We had a fantastic stay in the Chalet L’intervalle. The chalet is perfect for 8 persons. Location is superb as it is close to the ski areas but you have still also the advantage of a garden with splendid views.

The chalet is well equipped and everything you want is available. If you like cooking, then this is your place as the kitchen is well-equipped. We enjoyed the big and warm Jacuzzi (40 degrees Celsius) after a day of skiing. Peter, the owner, is very attentive and he gave a lot of good recommendations. We do recommend this place and we will definitely come back.

After years of travelling and exploring different mountain resorts, we're happy to say this Chalet is the best place we have stayed in. The house is lovely, a true holiday home as opposed to a holiday rental.

Booking process was easy and Peter was very helpful throughout, I genuinely felt he wanted to make sure we have a great holiday with all the additional information he provided.

On arrival we found the house spotlessly clean, with beds beautifully made up. I loved the design touches and how beautifully and authentically the house has been restored. Furniture choices also suggested this house is a much loved holiday home and not a rental for income. We also enjoyed the entertainment equipment including a well working wifi - a rare thing to find!

Location is great and views were stunning - all to be enjoyed on one of the two terraces which stayed sunny well into the afternoon. We have also fell in love with St Gervais, which is home to the best ice cream shop ever (next to Carrefour in the centre), that's in addition to fantastic hiking & great architecture.

We don't tend to go back to places we have visited before but we will be making exception for this Chalet and St Gervais.

We spent 10 days in this chalet in August and were very happy with our stay. The chalet comfortably accommodated our party of 5 adults. it is beautifully decorated with 2 modern bathrooms, and a nicely equipped kitchen. We didn't get to use the patio much, but it's a lovely place to relax with a glass of wine and absorb the amazing views of the mountains.

The owner, Peter, was a pleasure to deal with. He handled all the arrangements with meticulous care and provided helpful recommendations on places to visit in the area.

I wholeheartedly recommend this chalet.

Très joli chalet chaleureux, acceuillant et bien décoré. Il est spacieux, bien équipé et bien situé. St-Gervais est une jolie station familiale donnant accès à plusieurs pistes, Megève est à 10km et les vues sont magnifiques.

Propriétaire à l'écoute, toujours disponible, attentionné afin que notre séjour se déroule bien.

En résumé, nous avons passé tous les 4 un agréable séjour et nous en garderons un très bon souvenir. Ce chalet est idéal et à recommander pour une famille souhaitant passé de bonnes vacances dans un cadre agréable
