Summer in Provence
The location is excellent - the town itself has great restaurants and a stream of events, but it is also a good base to explore the countryside, towns and coast in the region. There is so much to see and do - St Maxime, St Tropez and many many others. The house itself is very well appointed and comfortable, even for larger groups, but the highlight is the outdoor area - the pool and garden (and the views) are spectacular. We left refreshed, relaxed and ready for our next trip to Provence.

Very well equipped holiday home, great garden, in Plan de la Tour
This holiday home is not far from the village centre, which can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. Here you can get everything you need for your daily needs: 2 bakers, a butcher, 2 small supermarkets, wine directly from the local winemakers. Also worth mentioning is the weekly market, where regional food is sold in particular. The house is on a small hill from where you have a beautiful view of the vineyards opposite. The house is equipped with everything you need for a holiday: a beautifully landscaped pool, Mediterranean garden, brick barbecue, table tennis table, music system, etc. Since we have been regularly holidaying in Plan de la Tour for around 30 years, we have already booked many houses in the area. In our opinion, this house is one of the best!

A mediocre house with plus points but significant minus points.
Beautiful house, beautiful garden with excellent swimming pool and terrace and pool furniture. The living floor is fine, beautiful living room, fine bedroom, beautiful but cramped bathroom and shower. Well-equipped kitchen but a hob repaired with adhesive tape. More than enough crockery. We rate the five bedrooms on the ground floor as completely inadequate. They are a kind of separate cabins in which you are more or less locked up. There is no air conditioning in these cramped rooms and there is no proper ventilation. In the southern French summer temperatures that is actually not possible. The associated shower rooms are also mediocre (also not ventilated). That does not belong to a luxury house. Another critical point is the functioning of the electricity system. The power went out many times, even when we were not using any equipment. Sometimes several times in an hour. That was very annoying, because all the lighting and the internet went out. We had to go through the house many times in the evening with the lights of our phones. We have been renting various large houses in the south of France for ten years. This house was the least. Sometimes we rent a house for the second time. This house does not qualify for this.

Plan de la Tour is a wonderful, small, rustic, very French village with wonderful bakers, cafe's and restaurants. The ideal place to relax and enjoy the countryside and the weather. Villa Les Colombes is tucked away at the back of the Village approximately a 5 minutes walk away from the centre. Les Colombes is very private with the volume of trees and foliage and offers a fantastic experience for that relaxed holiday. The Garden is absolutely magnificent with several elevations and several private areas for sitting in the sun or the shade. The Villa itself is very nice with a warm feel to it with plenty bedrooms.

Plan de la Tour est un merveilleux petit , rustique, village très français avec les boulangers merveilleux , cafés et restaurants . L'endroit idéal pour se détendre et profiter de la campagne et le temps . Villa Les Colombes est niché à l'arrière du village d'environ 5 minutes à pied du centre . Les Colombes est très privée avec le volume des arbres et de feuillages et offre une expérience fantastique pour des vacances détendue . Le jardin est absolument magnifique avec plusieurs élévations et plusieurs zones privées pour assis au soleil ou à l'ombre . La Villa lui-même est très agréable avec une ambiance chaleureuse à elle avec des chambres d'abondance .

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique Villa.

Parfaitement équipée, chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain, une piscine fabuleuse, un jardin très agréable. Idéalement située, très proche de Sainte Maxime en voiture, le centre ville du Plan de la Tour est accessible à pieds très facilement et offre des petits commerces de proximité. Les photos parlent d'elles même aucune mauvaise surprise et des propriétaires très agréables !
