La Petite Maison is a lovely 3 bedroomed property that was refurbished in 2015 with exposed beams and full of character. Located 15 mins away from the Loire valley national park with its many vineyards - visits can be arranged.
The local area is peaceful as we are located in a small hamlet 5mins from the village of Loretz d'Argenton with its restaurant, bar/tabac, pharmacy, boulangerie, small supermarket and bank with cash point.
We are situated only 10 km from the historic town of Thouars where there are international restaurants, beautiful buildings, shopping and much more.
There are many attractions within the local area if you don;t want to spend all your time by the private pool lounging in the sunshine. These include cycling, horse riding and walking the many marked routes around the vineyards and sunflower fields. A half-hour car journey will take you to several golf courses.
Accommodation:
The lounge boasts a fireplace and plenty of comfortable seating. There is a large Plasma television with English and French channels and a blue ray player.
The kitchen/diner has an oven, a hob and a microwave. Upstairs there is a twin room, a room with bunk beds and a room with a king-sized bed.
There is ample parking and you enter the property through your own drive and double gates .The courtyard garden is enclosed so it is safe for children and pets.
There are sun loungers, an above-ground round pool (approx. 3.5m diameter), a barbecue and a boules court for your enjoyment.
The market in Thouars on a Tuesday and Friday mornings is well worth a visit.
