The holiday villa is situated in a quiet street in the chic heart of Biarritz. A large covered daily fresh food market is just a 5 minutes walk. You can also enjoy unforgettable sunsets across the Ocean from the two terraces.
The villa is a three storey property and the interior decor is a tasteful blend of traditional Basque features and a contemporary interior design.
The spacious first floor is open plan and has a dining room – with dining table, wood benches and chairs, fully equipped modern kitchen, a billiard room and football table room. There is also a shower room with WC.
The second floor enjoys a large living room with ample seating. It also benefits from a balcony and a terrace with breathtaking sea views and also outside space for sitting out. The master bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom with WC and a series of wardrobes.
On the third floor, you’ll find three more double size bedrooms, two of which have views out to the Atlantic. One of the bedrooms enjoys an en-suite shower room. There is also a separate bathroom and WC.
Outside there is a courtyard which is perfect for outdoor dining.
Safe parking place at a walking distance.
Biarritz offers a large number of water and mountain activities, golf as well as evening entertainments.

A 3 hours maid service per week is included. Safe parking place available at a short walking distance.
Deposit on booking : 50%. Payments to be made in Euros. Balance due 6 weeks before arrival.
Security deposit of € 1500.
Cancellations made more than 6 weeks prior to arrival will forfeit deposit only. Less than 6 weeks forfeit the full amount unless we are able to relet.
50% discounted rate for small parties of 2 to 4 persons during low season for a minimum stay of two weeks.
