Beach Holiday House Rental in Gironde, Vendays Montalivet, France ~ The Beachouse Sleeps 15 people in 7 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms
Stunning 1920's wooden seaside villa which has proved very popular with TV companies and photoshoots. The Beachhouse is located right in the centre of town, yet enjoys privacy and peace. It is just 4 minutes walk to the beach, 3 minutes to centre of town, 2 minutes to huge everyday market. “I'm bored" are words you will never hear from your children. Babies and toddlers will enjoy playing with buckets and spades in the sand garden at the front of the house while teenagers will keep occupied in the shops, bars and cafes, or to perhaps practise surfing under the watchful eye of the lifeguards. For adults, sampling the local wine, culinary delights, chateaux or shopping facilities will keep you happy!
In July and August, the house is let as one unit for large groups of family or friends. At other times the flats can be let separately.
It has 7 bedrooms and all linen and towels are provided at €12 per person.
The West Flat sleeps 2 adults, 2 children. The flat Comprises 2 bedrooms, kitchen, small sitting room and bathroom.
The Middle Flat sleeps 6 people. Comprises 3 double bedrooms, kitchen, sitting room and bathroom with shower.
The Studio sleeps 2 to 5 people. Comprises a double bedroom with single plus attic bedroom with 3 singles plus kitchen and bathroom with shower.
Pets are allowed, all linen and towels are provided free of charge.
There is no charge for cleaning.
Parking spaces in the street immediately outside the house but not on land.

Special hospitality rates are offered for the whole house but you will need to book early. Enjoy inviting different groups of family, friends and business clients.

300 Pounds returnable security deposit. 20% Deposit to secure booking.
Cleaning and linen charge 200 pounds.
Winter rates payable in advance+ utilities.
Smaller Parties are Welcome Out of High Season.
West flat sleeps 4/5,middle flat sleeps 6, studio sleeps 4/5 persons. Approximately 500 per week for the west flat, 700 for the middle flat, 500 for the studio, depending on season.
