This wonderfully spacious and lovely furnished house can accommodate up to 6 guests and is located in Aude, Languedoc-Roussillon. Mediterranean styled throughout, the sea views are striking and definitely a top feature of the house.
The house is very comfortable with personalized Catalan touches throughout. It is furnished with beautiful artefacts from around the world, from the owners' travels. It is located at the end of a cul-de-sac ensuring that it is peaceful and quiet with minimal noise. The property comprises a very well equipped American kitchen as well as 2 bathrooms, one with a bath in the master bedroom. There are 3 bedrooms in total. The living room/dining room is open plan and spacious. There is also private parking in front of the house.
The view is stunning from the large bay window facing the sea and the fact that the house is almost on the beach you can observe the change of lights on the sea at any time which is very relaxing. Outside the property benefits from a large south facing terrace with sea view and an adjoining Mediterranean garden.
The comforts of home and the level of amenities are exceptional for a holiday home. In short everything is provided to enjoy a spectacular stay at this property.
The very famous local market is 300metres away from the property. A bike rental is 100 metres away and and there is also the possibility of renting jetski's on the beach.

Deposit Amount payable at booking: 30% of the rent
A deposit of 500 € will be asked on arrival and returned at the end of the stay, given of course the condition of the house.
