Isolated and calm Villa Apartment with a Private Pool Near Grasse, Cote d'Azur.

Azur Blue is a lovely two bedroom property of 70m2 in an entirely self-contained guest wing on the garden level of a Provencal villa.

The villa is surrounded only by trees and terraced slopes, located in over half an acre of landscaped gardens beside a forest of oak and pine. The owners wish to provide you with a fully equipped, clean, quiet and tranquil environment from which it is easy to visit the famous towns, villages and countryside of the Cote d'Azur.

Guests have exclusive access to the pool and surrounding gardens. The owners live at the other end of the property with their own terrace and outside space which isn't visible from the guest wing. They both speak english and french and would be very happy to provide information or help whenever needed. They supply portable phone numbers and are available at any time even if not at the property.

Peymeinade village (2km away) has all the shops, restaurants, boulangeries, banks, butchers and supermarkets you could wish for: a busy and friendly local village with all necessary amenities within walking distance. Markets are held in Peymeinade on a Monday morning.

• Living room with sofa, 2 comfortable chairs and rocking chair.
• American kitchen with dining area - round table & chairs.
• Bathroom with bath and integrated shower, wash basin, bidet and WC.
• Separate WC with wash basin.

• Swimming pool 8m x 4m with alarme.
• Covered terrace with gas bbq, round table and 4 chairs.
• Sun loungers with mattresses supplied and two parasols.
• Secured parking for two cars.

• Washing machine, dish washer, oven, ceramic hobb, microwave, kettle, toaster.
• Fridge with small freezer above, Iron & ironing board, hair dryer.
• TV, Satellite Canal+, lecteur DVD.

Services :

• Sheets, towels, pool towels, dish cloths and kitchen towel provided.
• Clean towels provided on request and sheets are changed every Saturday.
• Cleaning before and after your stay is included.
• Gas for bbq, electricity and water are included. 

Conditions :

• Bookings are for weekly periods with Saturday arrival and departure.
• The apartment is ready by 16h on the day of arrival and departure is before 10h.
• Reservations can be made by phone or e-mail.
• A non refundable deposit of 30% is required to book the apartment.
• Final payment of the invoice is due 8 weeks before arrival.
• Travel insurance is advisable.
• We request that you smoke only outside please.

The surrounding area boasts some of the finest scenery Provence has to offer. The countryside is predominantly wooded hillsides dotted with picturesque, perched villages and interspersed with luxuriant valleys and deep gorges sparkling with fast flowing rivers and crystalline rock pools. The deep waters of nearby Lake St. Cassien are excellent for swimming.

There are numerous interesting nearby villages. Cabris, perched on a cliff edge high above Grasse; Mougins, the gastronomic centre of the Côte d’Azur, St. Paul de Vence and Tourrettes sur Loup, picture book pretty and with a wide choice of artists’ studios for the discerning; Gourdon and St. Cezaire, perching on the edge of their respective gorges with superb views over the mountains and the coast from Nice to St. Tropez;

Montauroux, unspoilt and very typical of the area; Callian, ancient and very pretty; Fayence, with its lovely viewpoint and world famous gliding club; and, finally, Seillans, nestled in the hills and voted amongst the most attractive villages in France.
