2 bedroom holiday house situated in the village of Najac - one of the ‘plus beau villages de France'. The property is set on the south side of a fine medieval street (mostly pedestrian) that leads to the Chateau. Furnished to a high standard offering a very relaxing environment, the design of the house was inspired by the traditional inns of Japan [ryokan).
Najac is perched on a ridge above a horseshoe bend in the Aveyron River. The surrounding countryside and beautiful forest woodland is perfect for walking or visiting the historic sites nearby; hill top villages, bastide towns, the Toulouse Lautrec museum in Albi. There are numerous weekly markets, fetes & antique markets that are well worth a visit during the summer months! The nearest village has café/bars, restaurants, a baker, newsagent, pharmacy and a Doctor. The municipal swimming pool and tennis courts are open in the summer. There is a rail service from Najac to Toulouse, Villefranche-de-Rouergue, Figeac, Rodez and Paris.
There are plenty of nearby activiities to enjoy, from bird watching to canoeing, rock climbing and swimming.

A deposit is required on booking of £100.(130€) We ask for a security deposit of £100 (€150) on arrival, drawn on a UK bank account, which will be returned to you soon after your departure. Possibility of paying with PayPal. Will accept other currency.
Air conditioning is available at an extra cost of £20 per week. Normally the fans provided are sufficient.
