Villa had every thing you needed for a relaxing holiday with lovely discreet owners available 24/7 if help needed. Large garden, tennis court, swimming pool and large decking area with lots of comfortable seating areas. Easy walking distance to town with many restaurants and shops.

We had a very nice stay in Villa les 3 Pins in Pezenas. The warm welcome as well as the availability of the hosts is a real plus. The house is wonderfully decorated and very well equipped. The center of Pezenas, the activities as well as the shops are very close and easy to access and the beaches are 20mn away. We had an excellent stay and will come back with pleasure.

We have just returned from a fabulous week at Les 3 Pins - the second time we have stayed there. The property is a superb holiday base. The kitchen is very well equipped, if you want to self cater; if not, it is only a ten/fifteen minute walk into Pezenas to access the many good restaurants there. Pezenas is a lovely old town. There are four good bedrooms, with the upstairs master being particularly spacious and comfortable. There are several places to eat and to sit, both inside and out, so it's a very relaxing place to chill out, whatever the weather. We were lucky, so we spent a lot of time sunbathing around the pool and cooling down in it. The tennis court and table tennis table were also put to good use during the cooler parts of the day. The owners are very welcoming, relaxed and amiable hosts. They don't intrude, but are always available nearby if needed. We spent 2 weeks at this wonderful house. We were warmly welcomed by Philip and Patricia. To have them next door was really great. They were very kind and hospitable. The house was very well equipped. The bedrooms were so clean and comfortable with lovely bedding and towels.The 4 bedrooms were a great size with the upstairs master a relaxing space. Bathrooms were well equipped with shampoos, conditioners and shower gel. The kitchen was very well resourced with everything you needed for self-catering for a family of 5. Great coffee machine. Lots of ice from the ice machine which was great. 2 fridges was also very helpful. The garden were just gorgeous - a breezy cool place to relax in the shade. We especially liked the exercise station under the pine trees. The tortoises were a fun addition to the holiday. We used the wonderful pool... such a beautiful setting and loved the sun bathing chairs with their linen towels. We played tennis everyday and enjoyed the hitting wall. The pool table and table tennis table were also well used! Throughout the day we used the different places to eat and sit, both inside and out which was so relaxing and inspiring with the decoration and soft furnishings. The local area was equally inspiring with restaurants and cafes in abundance. Supermarkets and shops within a short drive. We visited Pezenas several times enjoying the late night shopping and the market on the Saturday. We did many day trips to swim in the river and the sea as well as hiring canoes for the day on the river L'Herault. We also sampled wine from a beautiful local vineyard which was such a treat. We would absolutely recommend this holiday villa for a family holiday as there is so much to do as well as places to relax and re-charge the batteries. Thank you so much.
