2 bedroom Peaceful self catering Aude holiday villa with heated pool situated on the outskirts of the village of Preixan, near Carcassonne, overlooking the Malepere vineyards. The property sleeps 4-5 people.
During low season, we offer daily or weekend rental. Pool protected by low-line shelter to share with the owner. Canal du Midi. Medieval city of Carcassonne. 2 listed Unesco World Heritage sites. 68km away from the sea. Lac de la Cavayere (watersports centre with mini-golf). There are numerous other sports and cultural activities in the surrounding area (Carcassonne Festival at the Comtal castle in July, amazing fireworks spectacle in the medieval city on 14th July, concerts, "sons et lumieres" shows in the surrounding villages, visit of the Cathar Castles, concerts, tree climbing, cycling, etc.
There is also the possibility to rent a room to host two people in addition to the gîte.
