Moulin Fresnaye is a three hundred year old Water Mill, restored in the Twentieth Century. There are just under 25 acres of land, made up of four Islands, all surrounded by the river Indre. Ideal for holidaying in the Loire Valley.

The four islands are accessible by a number of bridges, where many leisure activities can take place.

Alternatively relax by the river and watch the abundance of wildlife including, kingfisher, bee-eaters, heron and the beaver like coypu.  

There is a seasonal pool 1.2 metres deep where you can keep cool on hot summer days.

The holiday accommodation consists of two apartments, a one bedroom apartment for 2/4 persons and a two bedroom apartment for 4/6 persons.  These can be booked together allowing groups or families to enjoy this wonderful environment in complete freedom .

The Guardien House, comprises of a ground floor one bedroom apartment catering for 2/4 persons and on the first floor a two bedroom apartment catering for 4/6 persons.

First Floor Accommodation: The first floor has one double bedroom with separate bathroom, one double bedroom with twin beds and en-suite, a lounge / diner with sofa bed and a fully fitted kitchen.
