The lounge and bedroom have ceiling fans and the building also has a ducted air system to cool and eliminate humidity. There is also a mobile air-conditioning unit available for hire.

Just a 4 minute walk from the domain you will find supermarkets, a wine store, 2 boulangeries, butchers, greengrocer & a garden centre. The library, cinema, restaurant/ brasserie and pizza takeaway are within a 5 minute walk and within a 15 minute walk are more supermarkets, restaurants, a water park, adventure park and bank. For guests who prefer not to walk, there is a local shuttle bus which stops outside the domain, which can take you to Ste Maxime and its' beautiful beaches for just 2.50 euro unlimited journeys per day.
The French Riviera is a world renowned holiday destination and Sainte Maxime is situated between 2 of the most popular and well known resorts - St Tropez and Cannes. With the beautiful clear waters of the Mediterranean, a south facing location in the Bay of St Tropez, over 10 kilometres of white sandy beaches & over 300 days of sun annually, the town is a major draw for visitors. There is much to see and do in Sainte Maxime itself, with a host of weekly indoor and outdoor markets, festivals and musical events. There are also many restaurants, cafes, beaches, a marina, a casino and plenty of shopping districts. It really is a very family friendly resort and is a hive of activity and buzz all year round, with approximately 14,000 local residents. The Theatre de Mer along the main promenade offers a free entertainment schedule for all ages throughout the year. Hiking, archery, horse riding and mountain biking are also very popular nearby activities too. St Tropez, St Raphael, Port Grimaud are easily accesible by car, bus and boat.

We provide free bed linen for 1 bed and towels for 2 guest for bookings of 2 weeks. These must be left behind at the end of the stay. Alternatively, if you prefer to bring your own, which many of our guests from mainland Europe do, you can opt instead for a £20 discount.
