This fully equipped new ground floor apartment has been tastefully decorated to a very high and modern standard. The property is close to all amenities with the beach just 15 minutes and the train station, shops, the Port Marina Baie des Anges and restaurants just 10 minutes by foot.
Inside the apartment you will find a spacious fully air conditioned living room with a sofa, coffee table, chest of drawers, a large LED TV and a dining table with 3 chairs. The Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should require including a oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, refrigerator and a selection of dishes and cooking untensils. There is also a small corner office with a desk with lamp and chair where you can access an internet connection.
Sleeping up to 4 people, in the air conditioned bedroom you will find a 140cm double bed with reading lights. The additional sleeping area is on the sofa bed in the living room. The toilet can be found in the shower room with its basin, cupboard and heated towel rail.
Outside the apartment there is a natural stone covered terrace where you can enjoy a summers morning breakfast on the wooden table and chairs. Parking is available for one vehicle in the grounds which is closed by an automated gate and which gives you direct access to the terrace and the entrance to the apartment.
There is lots to keep you busy in the surrounding area during your stay which include the Park Vaugrenier, just 1km from the apartment, and Aquasplash, Park attraction Antibes Land, mini golf and Marineland Aquatic Park just 2km away. Other nearby towns include Antibes 7km, Vence and Saint Paul de Vence 14km, Nice 15km, Cannes 20km. Italy and the town of Ventimiglia and its market is just 50km away.
