Anne-Marie and Serge present you Villa Lantana which is ideally situated with a magnificent view over Mediterranean Sea.

Located in the secured private domain of Gaou Benat, near Bormes, Hyères les Palmiers and Toulon in the Var, you can rent the villa during summer holidays, but also during spring and autumn to enjoy the Côte d'Azur exceptional climate.

Private pool and sun are waiting for you to spend a dream holiday in an idyllic setting.

After crossing the watchman's gate of the domain, you reach the villa by the Corniche du Belvédère, on the upper part of the land.

From the parking lot, you overlook the protected landscape of Gaou and Cap Benat and this place offers you also a wonderful view over Ile du Levant.


Villa upper level:
- A terrace of 65 m2 surrounds the living rooms.
- The western part of the terrace has a wood frame with a tarpaulin sun in summer, and a large extending table made of teak can get 10 to 12 guests
- From the southern part of the terrace, a large window you can open completely allows an outside/inside with the living room. Here you can have breakfast when sun is not too hard.
- The living room has a TV and Hi-fi system, an hexagonal table to have dinner, an opened kitchen and a fireplace for wood fire in winter.
- Behind the living room, a bay window allows a separation with an office, offering the possibility to work (Wi-Fi connection), with a visual contact with the living room and the sea. The marine-bed is an extra sleep.


Villa Lower level:

- Each of the 3 bedrooms has direct access to the south terrace, garden and offer sea views.
- This room has 3 single beds, including a mezzanine bed that children enjoy. The two lower sleeps can be joined together.
- A shower room is joined to this room.
- Another bathroom for the two others bedrooms.
- The large terrace in front of the rooms allows children to play. A table and a chair to rest.


Access to the Pool:
- From the rooms’ terrace, you reach the pool by a succession of stairs and mini-gardens. The swimming pool is surrounded by vegetation..
- Each level offers a beautiful sea view. You can discover the famous flowerbed of Lantanas, who give their name to the villa.


Access to the Sea and Beaches :
- About 10 minutes on foot, from the swimming pool, following “Gaou piéton” (pedestrian), or trough the bush, you reach beaches.
- By car, the road leads to a parking lot overlooking the beach, near the tennis courts (you can rent them during your rental period).
