Grange Noyer is located at the end of a no through lane in the tiny hamlet of Marmouret. With only five families living there, peace and tranquillity is all but guaranteed. The charming nearby town of Chambon Sur Voueize is home to a stunning Romanesque church and offers banking and local shopping, including a traditional Artisan Boulangerie, supermarket, restaurant, bars, library and tourist information centre. Weekly market day is Wednesday. This small but beautiful, picturesque town is set on the confluence of the rivers Voueize and Tardes and has lovely old buildings with very interesting architecture. Perfect location for couples looking for a romantic getaway or a relaxing family break, equally a convenient base for your French property search.

Throughout your stay you are welcome to use the books and maps provided in the library area. There is an information folder with recommended places to visit including sightseeing, restaurants etc. Bed linen & towels are all provided, together with oven gloves and tea towels, changed weekly. You will find the farmhouse stocked with those every day necessities, shower gel, soap, toilet roll, a hair dryer. In the kitchen you'll find washing-up liquid, kitchen roll, a kettle, toaster, oven gloves, herbs, salt, pepper - every day store cupboard essentials. In addition and with our compliments a welcome pack in the fridge upon your arrival; all you should need to get your relaxing holiday off to a good start!

Swimming available at the local pool and lakes (10 mins), paddling in the nearby river. Sandy Beach at Vassiviere offering Swimming, Wndsurfing, Water-Skiing. During Summer the beach area has lifeguards, beach volleyball, together with woodland walks and restaurant facilities. Beach nearby near Chenerailles.
Hiking, Golfing, Bike and Walking Trails, Sailing and Kayaking, Lake and River Fishing are all available locally. Sightseeing galore! Balance payable one month prior to your stay, or in full at time of booking, if short notice. Payments are accepted in Sterling by bank transfer.
Changeover day for the farmhouse is preferably Friday or Saturday arrival from 4pm and departure by 10am. unless otherwise agreed.
