Stunning Private Theoule-sur-Mer Holiday Villa, Private Pool and Panoramic Sea Views

A stunning secluded villa that offers our guests luxury accommodation and unrivalled panoramic views over the bay of Cannes. Sleeping up to 10 people, there is a total of 5 bedrooms all of which have their own en-suite bathrooms, air conditioned throughout and open up onto the sea facing terrace - perfect for waking up to the sunrise over Les Iles des Lerins.

The large and spacious sitting room has 2 large full length glass doors through which you can enjoy the magnificent views over the red rocks of the Esterel coast. With plenty of entertainment in the sitting room, our guests can enjoy the 40 inch TV with satellite/cable channels, a DVD player and a great video libary. There is also a selection of books and even a ping pong table. A fantastic 5-zone Sonos wireless music system is set up throughout the villa.

The Kitchen is well equipped and includes an oven, hob, grill, microwave , toaster, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher and coffee maker. A table and seating for up to 8 people can be found in the Dining area.

Other useful rooms in the house include office facilities that include a colour printer, fax machine, as well as wireless 8Mb broadband internet access and a fully equipped utility room where you will find a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board and clothes lines etc.

The villa boasts spacious terraces on 2 levels with numerous areas for private relaxation. The private heated pool has plenty of space for sunbathing and has stunning sea views. Fully conforming to French law, the pool has a sonar pool alarm and a shallow end making it suitable for children. With a built in barbecue next to the kitchen, there are eating areas both inside and out, perfect for alfresco dining. Our guests can also relax and enjoy the heated Jacuzzi hot tub along with 2 hot outdoor showers.

Although the location is private and peaceful, it is still close enough to both the beach and the mountains. There are a number of restaurants & bars in the immediate vicinity but we do recommend our guests have access to a car with the shops and glamour of Cannes and St Tropez under 30 minutes away. Fantastic walking facilities are available in the nearby parc de l'Esterel, and further afield in the stunning Gorges du Verdon (Grand canyon du Verdon).

Special Rental Conditions

The property will be cleaned and prepared before the rental, prior to arrival. On departure the property will be prepared by our employees prior to the next guests, for 6-12 hours (depending on how much preparation and cleaning is needed following the rental), at 15 Euros per hour. Payment for this cleaning will be taken from the security deposit prior to departure.

A deposit of 20-50% of the weekly rental rate is payable on booking, depending on season and rental duration, the balance is payable on arrival. A security deposit of 20-50% of the weekly rental is also payable on arrival, which will be repaid on satisfactory completion of the rental, less deduction for any breakages, cleaning and other payments due.

Please note that the property is non-smoking only. We welcome children and pets will be considered. The villa is suitable for the elderly or infirm, please note unfortunately it is inaccessible for wheelchairs. Long-term renters are welcome.
