Attractive St Jean le Vieux 3 bedroom Holiday Villa, Pays Basque, Pyrenees-Atlantiques, France ~ Sleeps 8
The holiday villa is located in a park with a panoramic view of the Pyrenees. It is close to a private lake (you can fish trout, largemouth bass and carps all year long but you can also go on paddle boats in the summer).
The villa is open-plan and has been tastefully furnished throughout, downstairs it comprises of a well-stocked kitchen and dining area with seating for 8 guests to dine and also to relax. There is a fireplace too. For entertainment in the living area there is a DVD & CD player, TV, radio & stereo system. Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa.
Outside there is a terrace reached via floor to ceiling doors from the living room. On the terrace you can dine alfresco with ample seating around a large wooden table, a barbecue is also at your disposal.
There are 2 bathrooms and 2 separate WC's – both are equipped to a very high standard. There are 3 Bedrooms – again furnished to a very high standard.
The Harrieta Estate is located inland in the Pays Basque department; it covers 40 hectares and includes farmlands, a lake, meadows, woodlands and a Harrieta Castle manor. The villa is a perfect choice for those who want to avoid noise and pollution.
