The city of Perpignan is less than an hour away and the famous port of Collioure is just a little further drive down the coast. There are wonderful beaches, flea Stemarkets and fine restaurants to be discovered nearby.

Security deposit of £200 payable one month before arrival. This will be returned so long as the house is left in good order. Any damage or extra cleaning required will be paid for from this deposit and the balance returned.This can be in the form of a separate cheque which will only be cashed if it is required to cover the above mentioned charges.
