Soupex Holiday Farmhouse Rental with Pool, between Carcassonne and Toulouse
Charmingly restored Aude holiday rental home set on 1.5 acres of extended gardens and surrounded by fields, yet still within easy reach of Castelnaudary and the nearby lake of St Ferréol. There are plenty of activities and attractions to keep any holiday-maker occupied. Be sure to visit the Black Mountains that offer great walks and the lovely historic villages of Durfort and Sorèze. Visitors can take a boat ride on the Canal du Midi or a bike ride alongside the canal. Other activities include fishing, boating and swimming (in St Ferréol lake), tennis courts, riding stables, potteries, wine tasting and the beautiful Pyrenees mountains. The medieval walled city of Carcassonne is close by and Toulouse is just a 45min drive.
This farmhouse can accommodate 12-14 people and is an ideal retreat for two families or a group of friends. Downstairs comprises 3 spacious reception rooms - one with a bar area, one dining room that comfortably seats 12 people and a family room with SAT TV and DVD player. There is also an additional room which can be used for either a reading area or play room with WiFi. The house boasts a fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, range cooker, microwave, coffee machine, washing machine and dishwasher. Upstairs, you will find 6 bedrooms - one of which has a mezzanine, and one with its own en suite bathroom. There are two additional bathrooms with an extra W.C. upstairs and downstairs. For children, there are swings and a trampoline.

Special Rental Conditions
1. We ask for a 30 per cent deposit to confirm your reservation. The balance will be payable six weeks before your arrival date.
2. Electricity and gas are included. All bed linen and towels are included. We also provide pool towels.
3. A security deposit of 500 Euros will be required when you arrive in case of breakages which will be given back to you in full if there is no damage or breakages.
In the low season the farmhouse can be booked mid-week.
