You pay the balance with the keys handover at the arrival. The final cleaning can be done by a house cleaner for 50 Euros. The electrical heating of the gite is counted in extra charge only on low season.
The weekly stays are from Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10am, above all in high season. The stays in mid and low season are by the week, by the week-end or to establish on a case by case basis.
Non-contractual booking deposit: 25% rent.
Damage deposit: €300.00
Fees: Cleaning £33.
