Self Catering Holiday Home to rent in Plougasnou, Brittany, France
Built back in 1860 this attractive Brittany stone house was once a former school. Situated in the heart of the Pays of Morlaix, the house has recently been renovated to provide a spacious holiday home in a true and preserved part of Brittany, France.
On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped self-catering kitchen, 2 large double bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet, an additional shower room with WC, a large dining room and a large living room. A TV/DVD player can be found in the living area with a bar and open fire. Another double bedroom can be found on the first floor which also has a mezzanine floor area with a small office and WC. The final bedroom is on the 2nd Floor and has four single beds. In total this property sleeps up to 10 people.
Outside is a private and enclosed garden, with its trees and beautiful terrace. There is plenty of garden furniture including table, chairs, sun loungers and a BBQ for you use during your stay.
The house is non smoking and children are welcome. Unfortunately due to the property being on more than one level, the property is not suitable for wheelchairs or people with limited mobility
Situated in the heart of the Pays of Morlaix, in the countryside, the Finistere holiday house is still close to the sandy coast. Choose between a number beaches, the family beaches or the more secret ones are just a short 3 to 5 km from the rental. Visit the Chemins Douaniers, a hikers paradise. Suitable for all levels you can experience some magnificent trails with the bonus of the fantastic views of the overhanging sea landscape. Although the property is just 10 mins from the beautiful market town of Plougasnou we do recommend a car during your stay as Morlaix is 15km and the Monts d’Arree and the Natural reserve of Armorique are less than one hour away. Carentec and Roscoff are also close by.
