Located approximately 3 miles (5kms) east of Gramat, a small but lively town situated between the Dordogne and Lot rivers, 'Quatre Saisons' is set in 3 acres of private parkland and woodland with an 11.5m long swimming pool (in season) for exclusive use of guests renting the apartment
Guests can enjoy our tranquil countryside setting, take a stroll in the parkland and relax and unwind on the large swimming pool terrace. Maybe a BBQ on a warm sunny evening. Ideal for wildlife, birdwatching, painting, photography, astronomy, walking and cycling holidays.

The CAUSSE DE GRAMAT
The largest and wildest of Quercy's rocky and limestone plateaux, the Causse de Gramat is the upper crust of an extraordinary subterranean world of rivers and lakes. Much of the countryside is covered in Oaks and in spring and early summer the landscape is softened with Juniper, wild flowers, Eglantine and Honeysuckle. Look out for the local breed of sheep called caussenarde with their black eye patches resembling spectacles, which act as a natural protection for their eyes against the sun. Watch also for the many Buzzards, Red Kites, Kestrels and other birds of prey that hunt across the Causse.
GRAMAT:
Gramat on the river Alzou, is the capital of the “Causse”. A small historic town of about 4000 people with lots of amenities and visitor attractions including a 15th Century clock tower and watchtower. It is an ideal base for exploring the Lot region. Just a short drive away are many of the most visited picturesque villages such as Rocamadour, Carrenac, Loubressac, St Céré and Autoire, the amazing caves and subterranean lakes of the Gouffre de Padirac, Grottes de Lacave and Grottes de Presque together with the river Dordogne.
