Modern and comfortable 40 sq/m cottage with shared pool and picturesque garden ideally situated for exploring the Languedoc region of France. The property is both spacious and luminous, located in the Herault valley between the mountains and the sea. This stunning and fully independent cottage can accommodate up to 4 people and is set in a quiet residential neighbourhood. It comprises a shady, enclosed garden of 1500 sq/m with shared swimming pool, well-equipped kitchen area, a king size bed (160x200) with high quality Latex matress, and a double sofa-bed. Guests will enjoy relaxing on the sun-loungers next to the swimming pool or on the nice shady teak terrace together with delicous French food, or with a self prepared meal on our traditional Barbecue.
Canet is ideally located between the foothills Cevennes and very near to the lake Salagou. There are some beautiful, natural sites worth visiting, including: the natural caves Desmoiselles and Clamouse, cirque Navacelles, cirque Mourèze, pont du Diable. There are several other picturesque villages in the surrounding area, such as Saint-Guilhem, le Désert, Villeneuvette, Clermont l'Hérault and Pézenas. Be sure to explore the wide variety of interesting provençal markets in the nearby villages. The Mediterranean sea and white sandy beaches are just 30 min drive away.

Special Rental Conditions
The rates include bed linen, bath towels, electricity and the use of all facilities for two people. To confirm your booking, an initial deposit of fifty percent of the rental price must be sent to the owner. The final balance is due by cheque one month before your arrival, or in a cash payment the day of arrival, together with a damage deposit of 300 euros that will be reimbursed to you on the day of departure.
During high season (July and August), the minimum stay is one week (7 days). Arrivals begin on Saturdays at 3 pm, and departures are at the latest 10 am on Saturdays. Weekend or mid-week bookings in Low and Mid Season (April, May, Juin, September, October) are possible. Please contact us for further details.
Contractual booking deposit: 50% rent
Damage deposit: €300.00.
