The villa is build on a 1200 square metres (12,912 square feet) landscaped property. A variety of Provencal trees and plants such as cypresses, hazelnut tree, palm trees, olive tree, mulberry-plane trees, oleanders, and also high hedges provide the privacy and the tranquility you desire when you are on vacation. Automatic sprinklers provide regular irrigation.
The secured swimming pool which is surrounded by a wooden deck with sun loungers, an outdoor solar shower, and spacious tiled terraces, enjoys a very secluded setting. Adjacent is an outdoor kitchen which is directly accessible from the large utility room and the garage. The utility/laundry room is equipped with an extra dishwasher and a two door refrigerator/freezer/ice dispenser which provides more comfort to outdoor entertaining. The terrace which is west facing is ideal for evening dinners and sunset watching next to the pool. The very comfortable outdoor dining set accommodates up to 8 people. The space can be set up with one or two more tables. A very efficient outdoor propane mosquito repellent is also available and will assure that within 4,000 square meters around the “Villa Vanesse” no mosquito will disturb your well being in the evening.
Enter through the south facing front porch that is also set up with an outdoor dining area. You will enjoy the open plan kitchen/dining and living room. The lounge area is tastefully furnished with inviting contemporary furniture such as: comfortable leather sofa, two large matching armchairs, book shelves, built-in closet, a wood burning contemporary fireplace, a 42”flat screen TV (satellite) and DVD. The dining area which can accommodate up to 8 guests, features a French door that leads to the front porch. This covered porch offers dining setting for eight people ( or more) and is the ideal place when you want to dine in another shaded area.
A separate studio apartment includes a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom/toilet, washer and dryer, two twin beds that can be combined into a king size , built in closet, 19” TV, Wifi internet access.
The bedrooms and studio apartment on the second floor have a large terrace accessible through French doors which offers relaxing views on the country side, famous Mont Ventoux, and the Dentelles de Montmirail. An outdoor staircase leads also to the second floor terrace , bedrooms and the studio apartment.
All the windows and most of the doors of the house are equipped with mosquito screens. Many smoke detectors provide security in the house.

Admire historical treasures such as a 11th century church, and a 15th and 18th century chateaux . Guided tours are regularly available. If you plan on taking advantage of the relaxed ambiance on your vacation for performing in the the great kitchen, then you will appreciate Sarrians excellent bakeries, pastry and butcher shops, farmer markets and super market. A small health food and organic market is also very close by. Some of the best wineries offering wine tasting are located within 5 minutes driving.
