The property is situated in the picturesque medieval village of St Thibery on the banks of the river La Thongue. This lovely and large Maison de Maitre was built in 1850. The beautiful courtyard in the heart of the house is the ideal place for relaxing and al fresco dining. Be sure to visit Pezenas with its array of great shops, antique and book shops and a lively market that takes place on Saturdays.
The Studio is both bright and sunny with a south west facing window bringing in the sun from morn till dusk. It comprises a fitted kitchen that flanks the wall immediately inside the door and includes a gas stainless steel hob, an electric oven and a large fridge-freezer, kettle, coffee machine etc. Further within the space a sofa allows you to relax in front of the TV/DVD player. At the other end the large double bed overlooks the window with its lovely view across the roof-tops. The studio is the perfect retreat for a couple on holiday, or even for long term rental.
