The accommodation of this charming Dordogne holiday home comprises of 3 bedrooms, 1 bathrooms of which 1 is a family bathroom. It has a large living/dining room with satellite TV and a well equipped fitted kitchen including gas cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and large fridge/freezer. The bathroom, with full size bath and shower is on the ground floor. Upstairs there are three bedrooms; a large double bedroom and two twin bedrooms.

Outside there is a secluded and private terraced garden with garden furniture and a large BBQ, Games Barn with pool table, table tennis, & pinball, a play barn for the younger guests
Swings & slides outside, and access to the large heated communal swimming pool. The gite is set in a tranquil location surrounded by rolling meadows and woodland yet is close to many activities and attractions.
