apartment definitely worthy of five star rating. Has everything you need to make your vacation relaxing and enjoyable. Brand new amenities make staying easy. Very close to the beach and restaurants, and of course the fabulous market. Bernard could not have been more gracious and helpful. Will definitely be coming back and staying here. Would highly recommend property to others.

The apartment was just as it was pictured in the photos. It was modern, well maintained and impeccably clean. The apartment was equipped well and everything was in excellent working order. The kitchen was well resourced. The apartment was also stocked with necessary things for holiday living. There was even a Jacuzzi in the apartment to rejuvenate us at the end of a long day of exploration. The apartment was located just one street away from the famous and wonderful Cours Saleya in the heart of the old city of Nice. There were so many great places to eat within walking distance of the apartment and Tram and Bus stops were nearby. We were able to get all the fresh produce we needed to create amazing food in the apartment's kitchen from the Artisanal shops nearby as well as the Cours Saleya market. The double glazing in the windows helped to keep the noise out but being on the 5th floor meant we could get some Sun coming in. Getting the Sun was important in old Nice as some apartments on lower floors could be quite dark. We would highly recommend this fantastic apartment for everyone.

I stayed with my Mum at this apartment for a week. It is a beautiful, very central apartment. The kitchen was extremely well equipped which permitted us to have breakfast and dinner on one evening there. The bedroom was very comfortable. The living room was fantastic. The bathroom had a jacuzzi bath and shower. The air conditioning was fantastic and the tv even had English speaking channels.
It felt like we were staying at the five star hotel. In fact it was nicer than any five star hotels I have stayed at.
The apartment is located very central in Old Town. Lots of restaurants and bars. The apartment is on a quiet street so there is NO noise. It is less than a minute walk to the beach. Bus stops to travel to Monte Carlo, Cannes or anywhere else was a five minute stroll away.
Bernard is lovely and so helpful. He ended up having to meet us and take us to the apartment. He gave us a full briefing on how everything worked and local tips.
The pictures are exactly as the apartment is. It is clean and perfect.
I am giving this apartment six stars. It is the best and I will most definitely be returning to nice to stay there again and will recommend it to my family and friends.

Tout était très bien, le propriétaire accueillant, le logement est idéalement situé dans le vieux nice, il a été entièrement refait et propose un grand confort notamment la cuisine et la salle de bains. Environnement calme.
