The property is on the 4th floor, accessed by an elevator if needed, and has great light due to 5 large windows. The apartment enjoys modern décor and wifi Internet connection is available for guests. You are in the heart of the city of Nice, the city centre is within 10 minutes on foot.
Perfectly located in a quiet area but only a few steps from the bustle of the old town including 30m from Cours Saleya with its flower market and many surrounding restaurants and shops. . No car needed, but there is plenty of parking around if you have one. The Bay of Angels and the beach is less than 100m to swim or enjoy the wonderful surroundings. Marineland d`Antibes is only at few kilometers. Cannes or Monaco are less than half an hour.
