This charming 40 square meter apartment comprises a large lounge area with a comfortable sofa and a sleeping room separated by an original wooden handled sliding partition. Guests can enjoy use of the HD television with international channels, a DVD player, an IPoD station and there is a telephone line.
The open-plan kitchen area is equipped with a dishwater, a washing machine, a cooktop vitreous ceramic, a mixed microwave oven, a kettle, a refrigerator with freezer, a coffee maker and an extractor fan. All the facilties are there to enjoy to cook and dare to experiment the art of cooking a la Nicoise.
The shower-room is stylish and unique as the shower in the Italian style or glass-tiles is resolutely contemporary allowing natural light to pass.
The bedroom is equipped with a King size bed made of two 90 cm wide beds which can be separated at your convenience. The bedding is firm and of excellent quality. A cupboard closed with mirrors-doors and an office-console used as a desk also furnish the room and fulfill the deco.
The apartment was completely renovated by protecting the architectural peculiarities of Old Nice with its old floor-tiles, beams, venetian wooden blinds. Favoured materials as washed-out or white-leaded wood, pebbles for the ground of the shower-room, the dry-fiber carpets, the floated wood participate in a relaxing warm atmosphere. It has the feel of a smart, modern and comfortable seaside hut.
