Vie Facile is a lovely 3 bedroom cottage rental ideally situated in a peaceful rural location in the Normandy region of France. The cottage is equipped with all the modern conveniences you will need to ensure a comfortable stay and is only a ten minute scenic drive from the pretty village of La Haye du Puit, host to a good selection of bars, restaurants and supermarkets.
This spacious cottage is ideal for families or groups of friends. There is a choice of two lounges for you to relax in - both of the lounges have comfortable sofas. TV, Satellite channels, DVD and radio/CD player are available in then lounge area which also boasts a large wood burning fire for those chillier nights or winter lets.
The cottage also features a fully equipped kitchen, Bathroom with power shower and double doors lead out to the secluded garden, BBQ & Patio area.
Other wonderful features of this well equipped holiday gite include a large heated swimming pool and a large outside play area to include trampoline, Swing ball, climbing ropes and ladders.
If the midday sun becomes too much then there is an indoor games room available which includes Pool, Darts, Table Tennis, TV with DVD Player.
If you decide to venture out of this charming cottage, then there is so much to explore locally including lovely beaches within just ten minutes drive, and a perfect day trip would be to the famous Mont Saint Michel, or if you have an interest in history then in just under 20 minutes you can reach the Normandy landing beaches and the fascinating D-Day museums.
For the adrenalin seekers amongst you Bungy centre features the highest bungee jump in Europe.

Special Rental Conditions
To secure your booking a non refundable 25% deposit is required balance must be paid at least 8 weeks before arrival, If less than 8 weeks then full payment is required. PayPal is preferred method of payment. credit card payments are accepted via Paypal. French cheque's are accepted however must be posted and cleared before arrival.
A fully refundable deposit of 100 Euro cash is required upon arrival, any damages breakages will be deducted from this and the balance will be returned to you on the day of departure, after a quick check of the apartment. Please ensure you have appropriate holiday insurance. We can offer you Brittany Ferries discount when booking your holiday with us.
The Gite is available from 3 pm and must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure change over day is normally a Saturday . We offer discount to Guests staying in the Gite wanting to use the music facilities. A Complimentary basket of logs during the winter then 5 € per basket.
Pets considered however we charge an extra 35 Euro's cleaning fee , they are not allowed in the upstairs living area and bedrooms.
