With no neighbours above or below, the apartment is completely independant with its own private entrance and private parking. It is also fully equipped with air conditioning and heating in all rooms along with free wireless broadband access throughout.
There are 2 bedrooms both with double beds and wardrobes, a living room with sofa and flat screen TV, plus a fully equipped kitchen with dining area that includes a table and seating for 4, detectors, hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge, dishes, cups, glasses, pans, and a good selection of kitchen utensils.
The apartment also has a spacious bathroom with shower and a separate toilet, a washing machine ironing equipment and all linen is also provided.
The apartment is located behind the BD Carnot with a main access road to the city centre, which is also just 15 minutes walk and 20 minutes from the convention centre. The beaches of Cannes and the legendary walk from the Croisette are also nearby which makes this an ideal location for the Cannes Film Festival, conferences, seminars, and of course beach holidays.
Arguably, the most popular coastline of the French Riviera, Cannes has around seven miles of fine sandy beaches. A bakery, a pharmacy, a supermarket are all within 100 metres with plenty of activities available in the area such as Lérins islands with the royal fort, museums, great shopping with luxury boutiques and the congresses facilities in Cannes.
Other places of interest include mythical places like the Palais des Festivals, local markets, tours of the old town of Le Suquet. Open all year round, we highly recommend the tourist train to Cannes where you can discover the city and the famous walk of stars, the Croisette, the Palais des Festivals and the Avenue of Stars.
Make sure you also visit the cities of Antibes with its Marineland aquatic park, Biot with its glass, the town of Vence and Monaco with its magnificent palace and Oceanographic Museum and the city of Grasse for its perfumes. There is plenty to keep you occupied!
