This luxury 1 bedroom apartment is located in a stunning historic location. The apartment is light and sunny and retains many of its original features and is set in a prime location in the heart of the village. With fantastic sea, mountains and village views the apartment is located on a picturesque mountain top village that overlooks the Bay of Cannes and the pre Alps.
The apartment has been tastefully renovated and consists of an open plan living area with a modern fully fitted kitchen, large open fireplace and beautiful French doors that open up onto an outside balcony. There is one master bedroom (queen size bed: length = 190cm, width = 160 cm ), a separate second bedroom which is used as a dressing room or study, and a bathroom with basin, toilet and large shower. With bespoke double glazed windows and doors throughout, this charmng Mougins holiday apartment is peaceful and quiet at all times. A secure car park with camera surveillance and elevator access is available at the entrance of the village which is just a short walk away.
Situated in the heart of this charming old village, the apartment is close to a number of great restaurants. With a great selection of beautiful walks, a number of first class golf courses, and a 5 star spa just 5 minutes away. The ski slopes of isola 2000/ Auron are just a hour and a half’s drive away which makes day trips easy to do during your stay. The village of Mougins is a romantic destination with its great selection of studios and art galleries such as a the Musee d’Art Classique, Museum of Classic Art and the Museum of Photography which contains photographs of Picasso and his family. There are over 40 restaurants in the area, and in particular we recommend L'Amandier, Restaurant Candille, Cave de Mougins, Place de Mougins, La Mediterranée, Royal Mougins Golf Club, Moulin de Mougins and Resto des Arts. There is something to suit everybody’s taste and best of all they are all on your doorstep.
The village really comes alive at both lunch time and each and every evening where the streets buzz with activity. The relaxed and laid back atmosphere the village offers you during your stay really enhances its charm.

For stays of 7 days and longer a weekly cash cleaning fee of 30 euros for a change of clean bed line and towels and a light clean of the apartment for 2 hours.
A 40 % deposit is required to make a reservation and the balance is required 6 weeks prior to arrival.
A refundable damages deposit of 500 Euro in cash is paid upon arrival. This is returned upon departure if there have been no damages or no stains.
A cleaning fee of 100 Euro in cash is also due upon departure.
We welcome long term renters but unfortunately the property is inaccessible for wheelchairs, is not suitable for children and we do not allow pets. Please also note the property is non smoking throughout.
