Cour Renaissance is located in a building in the XVth "arrondisement" of Old Lyon, in a 15th century old building. The well-appointed Lyon holiday rental apartment effortlessly combines modern comfort within setting full of character. The apartment can accommodate 1 or 2 people and also a child.
The main room, which is also the living room, has a foldaway sofa for 2 people. There is a coffee table and three other chairs. You’ll also find a fully equipped open plan kitchen with a bar and stools. In addition there is also a mezzanine in an unusual setting in a boat cabin style (children love it!). Lovingly equipped with old and contemporary furniture, you’ll also find a TV, telephone, Internet, Wi-fi, DVD player.
Cour Renaissance is located in the middle of a pedestrianized zone, where there are a wide variety of restaurants which specialize in Lyon's world-famous cooking specialties. Parking is nearby, there is a charge (100 m away). Access to the tourist sites within the peninsula is less than 10 min on foot.

Special Rental Conditions
Discounted rates for long stay. The price of the stay for 3 to 5 nights is worked out with the night rate for this period. For a stay of 6 to 7 nights, the weekly rate is applied. For longer stays, the rate is on a pro rata basis (number of nights), with a digressive rate from 2 weeks on.
Tourist tax of 1,10 Euro per night per person. We ask for a 20% down payment, by cheque, bank transfer or PayPal.
Upon arrival: we ask for a 500-Euro deposit by cheque or in cash.
The sheets and towels are supplied.
For stays over 10 days, we have a weekly cleaning. Small dog allowed but with a 30- Euro extra fee per week.
Late arrivals as well as too early departures may be charged.
Minimum stay: 3 nights. Stays of several weeks are also possible.
Contractual booking deposit: 20% rent
Damage deposit: €500.00
