Fantastic Ski Chalet located in the Le Brevent ski area at an altitude of 1057m, central Chamonix, with great views of the Mont Blanc Massif. From our delightful sun terrace you can even watch the Aiguille du Midi cable car going up the mountain. However, the Chamonix rental chalet still offers both tranquility and seclusion for its guests. The property has been built on 3 levels with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It’s bright, airy and tastefully furnished throughout.
This lovely Chamonix holiday home has shops and nice restaurants on it’s doorstep! Chamonix is one of the world’s most famous skiing and mountain climbing areas in the world. The resort is in the centre of the Mont Blanc region, situated on the French-Swiss border stretching over 55km from Servoz to Vallorcine. From here, you may wish to have a days skiing in Italy or Switzerland too! The ski season runs from December to May,but there are plenty of other activities and attractions during the rest of the year – including biking, golf, hiking, swimming, fitness, hamam, cinemas and exhibitions. The views are quite stunning and is therefore a very popular area during summer months!

The rental rates includes taxes, charges, towels and linen. The cleaning is not included.
To book the chalet you have to contact us and we send you a rental contract, that you return to us signed with 25% deposit. The 75% have to be paid at your arrival. The domage dôsit is of 2000 euros and it has to be given at the biggining of the stay.
Other services: Cleaning at the end of the stay 240 euros, cleaning during the stay 20 euros/hour, breakfast 12 euros/person, afternoon tea 12 euros/person.
-2 hours of daily cleaning are included for New Year Eve week
THE CHALET CAN BE RENTED HALF CATERED OR FULL CATERED.
